Welcome to the 2010 West
Hempfield Athletic Association Night at the Races Program Form. We have a great night planned for
you and hope you will attend this year's big event. This year's program
will be held on April 10, 2010, at the Adamsburg Fire Department. Doors open at 5:30 PM with
dinner at 6:00 PM. Race time begins at 7:15 PM. Bring your friends,
family and even encourage your work associates to attend. Why go to the
Meadows or Mountaineer Park when you can race close to home? See you at
the races!
Night at the Races
serves as the year's biggest fund-raiser our organization. It's a great
way to support our local recreation program while having a great time with
friends and family.

If you are a business an interested in donating an item
or a basket for our Chinese Auction please contact Lisa or Kathy on this as well.
We've made buy admission tickets, purchasing
horses or sponsoring races easy for you this year. Buy
your ticket ahead of time to avoid the line at the door. Buying a horse or
sponsoring a race is a
great way to advertise your business. Your business will be announced
several times prior to and during the race. We encourage those who attend to
patronize those businesses who advertise with us. If you would like to
